On the basis of this formula, the level of the Reserve was retained as $200 million for 1994.

This report is submitted in accordance with Governing Council decision 84/21 and provides the Executive Board with information on the financial implementation of UNFPA country programmes and projects that had been approved by the Governing Council at its thirty-eighth (1991) through fortieth (1993) sessions and by the Executive Board from 1994 to 1998.

The Council also considered the special report and recommendations made by the E4 and E4A Panels concerning overlapping claims, which cover 18 claims in category E4 that were re-examined in order to identify whether any overlap existed between those claims and claims in categories C and D for corporate losses related to the E4 claimant, pursuant to Governing Council decision 123.

125. The Executive Board took note of the report of the Administrator on assistance to Myanmar contained in document DP/1998/11 and decided to consider, at its annual session 1998, a proposal for future UNDP assistance to Myanmar in conformity with Governing Council decision 93/21 and Executive Board decision 96/1.
١٢٥ - وقد أحاط المجلس التنفيذي علما بتقرير مدير البرنامج عن تقديم المساعدة إلى ميانمار الوارد في الوثيقة DP/1998/11 وقرر أن ينظر في دورته السنوية لعام ١٩٩٨، في اقتراح لتقديم البرنامج للمساعدة إلى ميانمار في المستقبل وفقا لمقرر مجلس اﻹدارة ٩٣/٢١ ومقرر المجلس التنفيذي ٩٦/١.

The Fund maintains an operational reserve of at least 20 per cent of its project commitments in accordance with the Governing Council decision at its twenty-sixth session in 1979.
