11. The Committee notes information about the possibility to establish extraterritorial jurisdiction in cases of forced recruitment or involvement in hostilities of a person under the age of 18 years if committed by or against one of its nationals.

29. The Committee regrets that the State party's legislation does not explicitly allow extraterritorial jurisdiction for all the cases referred to in article 4, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol.
29- يساور اللجنة القلق لأن تشريعات الدولة الطرف لا تسمح صراحة بإحالة جميع القضايا المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 من البروتوكول الاختياري إلى ولاية قضائية خارج الإقليم.

30. The Committee recommends that the State party take steps to ensure that domestic legislation enables it to establish and exercise extraterritorial jurisdiction, including extraterritorial jurisdiction without the criterion of double criminality, over the crimes under the Optional Protocol.
30- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان أن التشريعات الداخلية تمكنها من إقامة ولاية قضائية خارج الإقليم وممارستها على الجرائم المشمولة في البروتوكول الاختياري، بما في ذلك ولاية قضائية دون معيار التجريم المزدوج.

The Committee recommends that the State party review and revise its current legislation in order to establish extraterritorial jurisdiction for crimes regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities when they are committed by or against a person who is a citizen of or has other links with the State party.

23. Reports also should indicate the legal provisions that establish extraterritorial jurisdiction over such offences on the grounds mentioned in article 4, paragraph 2, and/or on any other grounds of jurisdiction recognized by the law of the State party.
