The Secretary-General therefore urges Member States to commit to reducing by 50 per cent the number of countries with HIV-related restrictions on entry, stay and residence.
ومن ثم فإن الأمين العام يحث الدول الأعضاء على الالتزام بتحقيق انخفاض بنسبة 50 في المائة في عدد البلدان التي تفرض قيودا مرتبطة بالفيروس على الدخول والبقاء والإقامة.

In conclusion, his delegation urged Member States to pay their assessed contributions in full, on time and without conditions.
وختم كلامه بالقول إن وفده يحث الدول الأعضاء على دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة كاملة وفي مواعيدها وبدون شروط.

" (b) Urges those Member States and former Member States that have not yet paid their assessed contributions, including advances to the Working Capital Fund and prior years' arrears, to do so without further delay;
" (ب) يحث الدول الأعضاء والدول السابقة العضوية التي لم تسدّد اشتراكاتها المقررة بعد، بما في ذلك السلف إلى صندوق رأس المال المتداول ومتأخرات السنوات السابقة، على القيام بذلك دون مزيد من التأخير؛
