35. The largest amount of funding to date in the climate change focal area has been directed to agreed activities that mitigate climate change either by addressing anthropogenic emissions by sources or through removals by sinks of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.

3. In accordance with Articles 4 and 12, a communication should address all anthropogenic emissions and removals of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.

- وضع أهداف كمية لتقييد وخفض الانبعاثات في أُطر زمنية محددة مثل عام ٥٠٠٢ و٠١٠٢ و٠٢٠٢، بالنسبة لانبعاثاتها البشرية المنشأ من غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال بحسب مصادر هذه الانبعاثات وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة المصارف؛

Article 12.1(a) provides that the communication should include a national inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
٣- تقضي المادة ٢١-١)أ( بأن يشمل البلاغ قائمة وطنية تحصر الانبعاثات البشرية الصنع من جميع غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالة هذه الغازات بواسطة المصارف.

The section of the Guidelines on " Coverage " deals with the scope of the communications, requesting, inter alia, that communications should " address all anthropogenic emissions and removals of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol " .
٥١- يتناول الجزء المتعلق " بالشمول " من المبادئ التوجيهية نطاق البلاغات ويطلب، في جملة أمور أخرى، أن تتناول البلاغات " جميع الانبعاثات البشرية الصنع من غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال وعمليات إزالتها " .

13.3 Stressing that the Parties included in Annex I undergoing the process of transition to a market economy are the only group of countries which at present actually and significantly reduced emissions of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol,
٣١-٣ وإذ تؤكد أن اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول التي تشهد عملية انتقال إلى الاقتصاد السوقي هي فئة البلدان الوحيدة التي خفضت فعليا وبدرجة كبيرة في الوقت الحالي انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال.

83.2 The Meeting of the Parties entrusts a study on anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases, other than CO2 not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, to the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice provided for in Article 9 of the Convention.
٣٨-٢ يعهد اجتماع اﻷطراف بدراسة حول انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، غير ثاني أكسيد الكربون، البشرية المصدر التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال الى الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية المنصوص عليها في المادة ٩ من الاتفاقية.

92.1 Each of the Parties listed in Annex A shall have the QELRO listed for them in that Annex as its specific objective under this instrument for the limitation and reduction of anthropogenic emissions by sources and enhancement by sinks of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
٢٩-١ يبين لكل طرف من اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق ألف الهدف الكمي لتحديد وخفض الانبعاثات في ذلك المرفق بوصفه هدفها المحدد بموجب هذا الصك لتحديد وخفض الانبعاثات البشرية المصدر بحسب المصادر وتعزيز عمليات اﻹزالة بواسطة المصارف لكافة غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال.

The Meeting of the Parties entrusts a study on anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases, other than CO2 not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, to the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) provided for in Article 9 of the Convention.
٤١١-١ يعهد اجتماع اﻷطراف بدراسة حول انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، غير ثاني أكسيد الكربون، البشرية المصدر التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال إلى الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية المنصوص عليها في المادة ٩ من الاتفاقية.

Non-Annex I Parties should use the Revised 1996 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories to estimate and report on anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of GHGs not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
195- وينبغي أن تستخدم الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول المبادئ التوجيهية للفريق المنقحة في عام 1996 في قوائمها الوطنية لجرد غازات الدفيئة لتقدير وإبلاغ الانبعاثات من صنع الإنسان حسب المصادر، والإزالات وبالوعات غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال.

1. Decides that, as provided in Article 4, paragraph 6, of the Convention, Croatia shall be allowed a certain degree of flexibility with regard to its historical level of anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol chosen as a reference;
