Compliance with the obligations imposed by the Montreal Protocol was historically very high, well over 90 per cent overall, and in recent years had reached 99 per cent on certain key matters such as the establishment and operation of systems for licensing imports and exports of ozone-depleting substances.

4. يقدم ممثلو أمانة الصندوق متعدد الأطراف وثيقة المعلومات التي تشمل تقريرها عن الوضع الحالي والتوقعات بالنسبة للبلدان العاملة بموجب المادة 5 لتحقيق الامتثال لتدابير الرقابة التي يفرضها بروتوكول مونتريال.

To congratulate Bolivia further on remaining in advance of the CFC control measures of the Montreal Protocol for 2005;

The reported data for CFC consumption therefore represent a deviation from the Party's commitment under decision XVII/32 and its obligation under the control measures of the Montreal Protocol for those substances for that year.
