To affirm the importance of the role of the Arab Fund for Technical Assistance to African Countries in providing technical aid to African States and to take the necessary action to support it with the aim of increasing and developing its activities so as to further strengthen Afro-Arab relations.
التأكيد على أهمية دور الصندوق العربي للمعونة الفنية للدول الأفريقية في تقديم العون الفني للدول الأفريقية واتخاذ ما يلزم لدعمه بهدف زيادة نشاطه وتطويره بما يساهم في تعزيز العلاقات العربية الأفريقية.

We urge intensification of efforts between the Secretariat-General of the League of Arab States and the African Union Commission to convene the second Afro-Arab Summit Conference at the earliest possible opportunity.
ووجهنا بتكثيف الجهود بين الأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية ومفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي لعقد القمة العربية الأفريقية الثانية في أقرب وقت ممكن.

At its 12th session in Algiers, the Standing Commission noted the resolution of the Arab and African leaders on establishment of an Afro-Arab preferential trading area and requested the Secretaries-General of the League of Arab States and African Union to expedite discussions to establish this area.

584. The expansion and framing of the fields and organizations of Afro-Arab cooperation require the involvement and incorporation of civil and non-governmental organizations in joint action. This requires the creation of joint Afro-Arab groups and associations in all areas of civil society activity and an emphasis on the rationalization of the pluralistic bases of democratic organizations.
إن توسيع وتأطير مجالات ومؤسسات التعاون العربي الأفريقي يتطلب العمل على إشراك وإدماج المجتمع المدني وغير الحكومي في مجالات العمل المشترك، الأمر الذي يدعو إلى إنشاء تجمعات وجمعيات مشتركة أفريقية عربية في كافة مجالات عمل المجتمع المدني والتأكيد على ترشيد أسس التعددية والمؤسسات الديمقراطية.

:: To expand the creation of joint Afro-Arab professional associations and societies;
