(a) Take all necessary measures to bring to an immediate end all human rights violations against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo and revoke all discriminatory legislation, in particular that which has entered into force since 1989, and to apply all other legislation without discrimination;
)أ( اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لوقف جميع انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان التي ترتكب في حق السكان ذوي اﻷصل اﻷلباني في كوسوفو فوراً وإلغاء كافة التشريعات التمييزية، وخاصة تلك التي بدأ نفاذها منذ عام ٩٨٩١، وتطبيق كافة التشريعات اﻷخرى دون تمييز؛

Strongly condemns the discriminatory measures and practices, as well as the violations of human rights carried out by the authorities of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo;

Noting the discriminatory policies, measures and violent actions committed against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo, and aware of the possible escalation of the situation into a violent conflict there,
وإذ تلاحظ السياسات والتدابير التمييزية وأعمال العنف التي ترتكب ضد اﻷشخاص ذوي اﻷصل اﻷلباني في كوسوفو، وإذ تدرك احتمال تصاعد الحالة إلى صراع عنيف هناك،

The Special Rapporteur also described the situation in Kosovo which had deteriorated owing to a drastic increase in the number of violent house searches, raids and arbitrary arrests by the law enforcement authorities, and undue delays and serious irregularities in connection with court proceedings against ethnic Albanians (paras. 182-184).
كما وصف المقرر الخاص الوضع في كوسوفو الذي تدهور نتيجة للزيادة الكبيرة في عدد حالات التفتيش العنيف للمنازل وعمليات اﻹغارة والتوقيف التعسفي على يد سلطات إنفاذ القانون فضلا عن حالات التأخير التي لا مبرر لها والمخالفات الخطيرة في إجراءات المحاكم المتخذة ضد ذوي اﻷصل اﻷلباني )الفقرات ٢٨١-٤٨١(.
