18- واستناداً إلى المعلومات المذكورة أعلاه، يلاحظ الفريق العامل أن الحكومة لم تعترض على إدعاءات المصدر بأن السلطات الكويتية سلّمت السيد آل حسين في 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2007 للحكومة السعودية خارج إطار أي إجراء قانوني ودون أن تتلقى أي معلومات عن الإجراءات التي استُهلت ضده.

As the Government does not dispute the allegations of the source in this respect, the Working Group concludes that they are well founded.
وبما أن الحكومة لم تنف اتهامات المصدر بهذا الصدد فإن الفريق العامل يخلص إلي أنها تقوم على أساس سليم.
