The Secretary-General's report on the implementation of the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan against Organized Transnational Crime (A/50/433) provided an overview of the steps taken by the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, at its fourth session, to strengthen international cooperation in that area.
٣٠ - إن التقرير المقدم من اﻷمين العام والمتعلق بتنفيذ اﻹعلان السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية الصادرين في نابولي لمنع الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود (A/50/433) يُعطي نُبذة عن التدابير التي اتخذتها لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الرابعة بغية تعزيز التعاون الدولي في هذا المجال.

7. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure proper follow-up with all concerned on the implementation of the present resolution, and to report thereon to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fourth session.
٧ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل، مع جميع الجهات المعنية، المتابعة الملائمة لتنفيذ هذا القرار، وأن يقدم تقريرا في هذا الصدد إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين والى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الرابعة.

11. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure implementation of the present resolution in the context of his first performance report on the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995, if necessary and as appropriate, through the use of the contingency fund, and to report thereon to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fourth session.
١١ - يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يضمن تنفيذ هذا القرار، في سياق تقريره اﻷول عن أداء الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥، عن طريق استخدام صندوق الطوارئ، إذا كان ذلك ضروريا وحسب الاقتضاء، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك الى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الرابعة.

Invites the Latin American Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders, in cooperation with the Secretary-General and the other United Nations and affiliated institutes, to prepare a report on the world situation with regard to international traffic in minors, using information available to the United Nations system, for submission to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fourth session;
٤ - تدعو معهد أمريكا اللاتينية لمنع الجريمة ومعاملة المجرمين الى أن يعد، بالتعاون مع اﻷمين العام، ومع معاهد اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷخرى والمعاهد المنتسبة الى اﻷمم المتحدة، تقريرا حول الوضع العالمي فيما يخص الاتجــار الدولي بالقاصرين، مستخدما ما يتوفر لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة من معلومات، لتقديمه الى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الرابعة ؛

At its 49th plenary meeting, on 24 July 1995, the Economic and Social Council decided to endorse the appointment by the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fourth session of Jan J. M. van Dijk (Netherlands), Károly Bárd (Hungary) and Adedokun A. Adeyemi (Nigeria) to the Board of Trustees of the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute.
