23. Encourages all States and national human rights institutions to continue to take appropriate steps to promote the exchange of information and experience concerning the establishment and effective operation of national institutions;
23- يشجع جميع الدول والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على مواصلة اتخاذ الخطوات الكفيلة بزيادة تبادل المعلومات والخبرات المتعلقة بإنشاء المؤسسات الوطنية وإدارتها على نحو فعال؛

(d) To encourage Governments and organizations (intergovernmental organizations, international and national NGOs and national human rights institutions) to consider the issue of trafficking in their policies and activities.

26.
