The Chair notes that in addition to the report of the workshop on assumptions and conditions related to the attainment of quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets by developed country Parties conducted in Bangkok, Thailand, a report on a second workshop on this topic, held in Bonn in June 2011, is available.
13- ويشير الرئيس إلى أنه فضلاً عن تقرير حلقة العمل المتعلقة بافتراضات وشروط الأهداف الكمية للبلدان المتقدمة الأطراف الرامية إلى خفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد ككل، المعقودة في بانكوك بتايلند()، هناك تقرير عن حلقة عمل ثانية بشأن هذا الموضوع، عُقدت في بون في حزيران/يونيه 2011.

31. At the 1st meeting of the AWG-KP, on 5 April, the Group of 77 and China requested the Chair to ensure that the report on the workshop on assumptions and conditions related to the attainment of quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets by developed country Parties, which took place on 3 April 2011 in Bangkok, be made available to the AWG-KP.
31- أثناء انعقاد الجلسة الأولى لفريق الالتزامات الإضافية في 5 نيسان/أبريل، طلبت مجموعة اﻟ 7 والصين إلى الرئيس أن يضمن إتاحة تقرير حلقة العمل المتعلقة بافتراضات وشروط الأهداف الكمية للبلدان المتقدمة الأطراف() الرامية إلى خفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد ككل، التي عُقدت في بانكوك في 3 نيسان/أبريل 2011، لفريق الالتزامات الإضافية.

The objective of the workshops is to understand the assumptions and conditions related to individual targets, in particular in relation to the base year, global warming potential values, coverage of gases, coverage of sectors, expected emissions reductions, and the role of land use, land-use change and forestry, and the use of offsets.
والهدف من حلقات العمل تلك هو فهم الافتراضات والشروط المتعلقة بالأهداف الفردية، وبخاصة المتعلقة بسنة الأساس وقيم الاحترار العالمي المحتملة وتغطية الغازات وتغطية القطاعات وتخفيضات الانبعاثات المتوقعة ودور استخدام الأراضي وتغير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة واستخدام التخفيضات التعويضية للانبعاثات.

10. Decides to hold workshops to explore the assumptions and conditions related to targets, including the elements listed in paragraph 5 above, and requests the secretariat to produce a technical paper exploring the commonalities and differences of approaches;

6. As decided by the AWG-KP in Bangkok, the Chair requested that the report of the workshop on assumptions and conditions related to the attainment of quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets by developed country Parties be made available at the second part of the sixteenth session as an additional input to the relevant work and discussions under the AWG-KP.
6- طلب الرئيس، على نحو ما قرر فريق الالتزامات الإضافية في بانكوك، إتاحة تقرير حلقة العمل بشأن الافتراضات والشروط المتعلقة بتحقيق الأهداف الكمية لخفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد من جانب البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة، في الجزء الثاني من الدورة السادسة عشرة بوصفة مساهمة إضافية في العمل والمناقشات ذات الصلة في إطار فريق الالتزامات الإضافية.
