In implementation of the two resolutions, the board held two meetings at delegate level on 11 June and 30 June 2005 at the headquarters of the Secretariat-General and a further meeting at ministerial level on 11 July 2005 in Algiers. It studied an initial draft of the board's constitution prepared by the Secretariat-General in the light of the comments made by Member States.
