It was noted that an open-ended dialogue among States and intergovernmental organizations on the criminalization of bribery of officials of public international organizations, taking into account related privileges and immunities, was conducted in September 2007 at the initiative of the secretariat.

6- تطلب إلى مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية أن يعالج مسألة تجريم رشو موظفي المنظمات الدولية العمومية، بما فيها الأمم المتحدة، والمسائل ذات الصلة، واضعا في الحسبان مسائل الامتيازات والحصانات وكذلك مسألة الولاية القضائية ودور المنظمات الدولية، وذلك بسبل منها تقديم توصيات بشأن الاجراء المناسب في هذا الصدد؛
