1. We are unable to agree with the decision rendered by the Committee to find that the State party's decision to deport the author back to Pakistan amounts to a violation of articles 6, paragraph 1, and 7 of the Covenant for the following reasons.
1- لا يمكننا أن نتفق مع القرار الصادر عن اللجنة الذي خلصت فيه إلى أن قرار الدولة الطرف المتعلق بترحيل صاحب البلاغ إلى باكستان يشكل انتهاكاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 6 وللمادة 7 من العهد وذلك للأسباب التالي.

1. We are unable to agree with the decision rendered by the Committee to find that the State party's decision to deport the author back to Pakistan amounts to a violation of articles 6, paragraph 1, and 7 of the Covenant for the following reasons.
1- لا يمكننا أن نتفق مع القرار الصادر عن اللجنة الذي خلصت فيه إلى أن قرار الدولة الطرف المتعلق بترحيل صاحب البلاغ إلى باكستان يشكل انتهاكاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 6 وللمادة 7 من العهد وذلك للأسباب التالية.

7. Should the State party reach a new decision to actually deport the author, such a decision would be governed by the provisions of article 7 and 13 of the Covenant, and the State party would then be required to provide the author with the opportunity to challenge the decision before domestic legal mechanisms, as well before international legal mechanisms, including this Committee.
٧- وإذا اتخذت الدولة الطرف قراراً جديداً بترحيل صاحب البلاغ بالفعل، فسيكون مثل هذا القرار خاضعاً لأحكام المادتين 7 و13 من العهد، وستكون الدولة الطرف ملزمة بأن تتيح لصاحب البلاغ فرصة للطعن في القرار أمام الآليات القانونية المحلية، وكذلك أمام الآليات القانونية الدولية، بما في ذلك هذه اللجنة.

1.3 On 1 March 2013, the Committee granted the interim measures and requested the State party not to deport the author to Mexico while her case was pending before the Committee.
