1. Express concern at the dwindling of official development assistance and that the developed country Parties to the Convention should provide new and additional financial resources to enable developing country parties to fulfil their obligations under the Convention ;
١ - نعرب عما يسارونا من قلق لتناقص المساعدة اﻹنمائية الرسمية، ولما ينبغي على البلدان المتقدمة النمو اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية تقديمه من موارد مالية جديدة وإضافية إلى البلدان النامية اﻷطراف بغية تمكينها من الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية؛

51. A decision at the sixth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 6) should invite affected country Parties and developed country Parties to set up, on a voluntary basis, a country-driven consultative mechanism in countries that have finalized their NAPs.
