In that respect, the Special Committee continues to attach the utmost importance to the dispatch of visiting missions to the Non-Self-Governing Territories as the best means of securing first-hand information on the situation prevailing in the Territories and on the real opinions of their peoples.

13. Pursuant to the Plan of Action, the Special Committee has continued to seek the full cooperation of the administering Powers with regard to the dispatch of visiting missions to the Territories.
13 - وتبعا لخطة العمل، واصلت اللجنة الخاصة التماسها للتعاون الكامل من الدول القائمة بالإدارة في إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.

8. The representative of one administering Power had stated that his Government's record on decolonization had been good and that its position with regard to the dispatch of visiting missions to the Territories under its administration had not changed. Those territorial Governments willing to receive visiting missions, however, should first consult with the administering Power concerned.
٨ - وذكر ممثل إحدى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن سجل حكومته بشأن إنهاء الاستعمار كان سجلا طيبا، وأن موقفها من إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى اﻷقاليم الخاضعة ﻹدارتها لم يتغير، إلا أنه ينبغي على الحكومة اﻹقليمية الراغبة في استقبال بعثات زائرة أن تتشاور أولا مع الدولة المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة.

130. The representative of one administering Power had stated that his Government's record on decolonization had been good and that its position with regard to the dispatch of visiting missions to the Territories under its administration had not changed. Those territorial Governments willing to receive visiting missions, however, should first consult with the administering Power concerned.
١٣٠ - وذكر ممثل إحدى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن سجل حكومته بشأن إنهاء الاستعمار كان سجلا طيبا، وأن موقفها من إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى اﻷقاليم الخاضعة ﻹدارتها لم يتغير، إلا أنه ينبغي على الحكومة اﻹقليمية الراغبة في استقبال بعثات زائرة أن تتشاور أولا مع الدولة المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة.

(d) Studying the conditions in the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories, including the dispatch of visiting missions, and reporting thereon to the General Assembly;
)د( دراسة اﻷحوال فيما تبقى من اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي عن طريق وسائل منها إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى تلك اﻷقاليم وتقديم تقارير عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة؛

(d) Studying the conditions in the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories, including the dispatch of visiting missions, and reporting thereon to the General Assembly;
)د( دراسة اﻷحوال فيما تبقى من اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي عن طريق وسائل منها إيفاد بعثات زائرة الى تلك اﻷقاليم وتقديم تقارير عن ذلك الى الجمعية العامة؛

(d) The dispatch of visiting missions and participation of representatives of Non-Self-Governing Territories in the work of the Committee so that the Committee can get first-hand information on the wishes of the population.
)د( إيفاد بعثات زائرة واشتراك ممثلي اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في أعمال اللجنة بحيث يتسنى للجنة الحصول على معلومات مباشرة عن رغبات السكان.

(d) Studying the conditions in the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories, including the dispatch of visiting missions, as required, and reporting thereon to the General Assembly;
)د( دراسة اﻷحوال فيما تبقى من اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي عن طريق وسائل منها إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى تلك اﻷقاليم، حسب الاقتضاء، وتقديم تقارير عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة؛

)د( دراسة اﻷحوال في اﻷقاليم المتبقية المشمولة بالوصاية والتي لا تتمتع بالحكم الذاتي عن طريق وسائل منها إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى تلك اﻷقاليم وتقديم تقارير عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة؛

(d) Studying the conditions in the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories, including the dispatch of visiting missions, as required, and reporting thereon to the Assembly;

37. Mindful that the United Nations visiting missions provided a means of ascertaining the situation in the Territories, the Special Committee had stressed the need to dispatch periodic visiting missions and had urged the administering Powers to cooperate or continue to cooperate with the Special Committee by facilitating the dispatch of visiting missions to the Territories under their administration.
٣٧ - واستمر قائلا إن اللجنة الخاصة، إدراكا منها بأن البعثات الزائرة لﻷمم المتحدة وسيلة لتقييم الحالة في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، تؤكد ضرورة إيفاد بعثات زائرة دورية الى اﻷقاليم وتدعو الدول القائمة بالادارة الى التعاون أو الاستمرار في التضامن مع اللجنة الخاصة في عملها وذلك بتيسيرها إيفاد بعثات زائرة الى اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها.

12. Also urges the administering Powers to cooperate or continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in its work by providing timely and up-to-date information for each Territory under their administration, in accordance with Article 73 e of the Charter, and by facilitating the dispatch of visiting missions to the Territories to secure firsthand information thereon and to ascertain the wishes and aspirations of the inhabitants;
١٢ - تحث أيضا الدول القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تتعاون أو تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في أعمالهــا عــن طريــق توفيــر معلومــات حديثــة وفـــي حينها بشأن كل إقليم يقع تحت إدارتها، وفقا للمادة ٧٣ )ﻫ( من الميثاق، وعن طريق تيسير إيفاد بعثات زائرة الى اﻷقاليم للحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها وللتحقق من رغبات وأماني السكان؛

The dispatch of visiting missions must be preceded by the establishment of a productive relationship between the Committee and the administering Power.
ورأت أن إيفاد البعثات الزائرة يجب أن يسبقه إقامة علاقة منتجة بين اللجنة والدولة القائمة باﻹدارة.
