2. each State Party shall ensure that the necessary measures are nationally coordinated, in both planning and implementation.
2- تكفل كل دولة طرف أن تكون التدابير اللازمة منسقة وطنياً،() من حيث تخطيطها وتنفيذها على السواء.

4. each State Party shall ensure that its courts or other competent authorities bear in mind the grave nature of the offences covered by this Convention when considering the eventuality of early release or parole of persons convicted of such offences.
4 - تكفل كل دولة طرف مراعاة محاكمها أو سلطاتها المختصة الأخرى خطورة الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية لدى النظر في إمكانية الإفراج المبكر أو المشروط عن الأشخاص المدانين بارتكاب تلك الجرائم.

The Special Rapporteur also wishes to recall article 15 of the Convention, under which each State Party shall ensure that statements which are established to have been made as a result of torture shall not be invoked in any proceedings.
