In its preliminary review of this proposal in 2011, the Advisory Committee did not raise any objection to the proposal for expedited arbitration procedures for consultants and individual contractors, given that it would not entail an expansion of the formal system of administration of justice (see A/66/7/Add.6, para. 76).
