2. States with relevant space capabilities and with programmes for the exploration and utilization of outer space should contribute to promoting and fostering international cooperation in outer space science and technology and in their applications.
٢ - وينبغي أن تساهم الدول ذات القدرات الفضائية الهامة والتي لديها برامج من أجل استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في تشجيع وتعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء الخارجي وتطبيقاتهما.

1. International cooperation in the exploration and utilization of outer space should be for peaceful purposes.
١ - ينبغي أن يكون التعاون الدولي في استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لﻷغراض السلمية.

3. In order to give concrete meaning to these Principles regarding International Cooperation in the exploration and utilization of outer space for Peaceful Purposes, States should concentrate their efforts in the following areas:
٣ - وينبغي أن تقوم الدول، من أجل إعطاء هذه المبادئ المتعلقة بالتعاون الدولي في مجال استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في اﻷغراض السلمية معنى ملموسا بتركيز جهودها على المجالات التالية:

Consideration of the legal aspects related to the application of the principle that the exploration and utilization of outer space should be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all States, taking into particular account the needs of developing countries
النظر في الجوانب القانونية المتعلقة بتطبيق مبدأ أن يكون استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لفائدة ومصلحة جميع الدول، مع مراعاة احتياجات البلدان النامية بصفة خاصة

Principle II addressed the right of all States to have access to knowledge and applications derived from the exploration and utilization of outer space.
١٣ - ويتعلق المبدأ الثاني بحق جميع الدول في الحصول على المعرفة والتطبيقات المستمدة من استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في اﻷغراض السلمية.

The establishment of legal principles governing international cooperation in the exploration and utilization of outer space for peaceful purposes would ensure growth and development for the benefit of the third world.
وسيكفل وضع مبادئ قانونية تنظم التعاون الدولي في استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في اﻷغراض السلمية زيادة وتطوير تكنولوجيا الفضاء لما فيه فائدة بلدان العالم الثالث.

The Romanian delegation welcomes the progress made during the Legal Subcommittee's thirty-second session, especially on the proposed principles regarding international cooperation in the exploration and utilization of outer space for peaceful purposes.

١٥ - ويؤكد المبدأ الرابع أن التعاون الدولي في استكشاف واستخدام الفضاء الخارجي في اﻷغراض السلمية ينبغي الا يخضع ﻷية شروط تعسفية أو تمييزية.

Within the current legal framework, a wide range of countries, including a number of developing countries, were already benefitting from the exploration and utilization of outer space.
وأشار الى أن، هناك مجموعة عريضة من البلدان، من بينها العديد من البلدان النامية، تستفيد فعلا - في اطار القوانين القائمة - من أنشطة استكشاف واستخدام الفضاء الخارجي.
