The Committee reiterates its previous recommendations (CRC/C/15/Add.21): The State party should undertake a comprehensive review of legislation in the light of the Convention and international standards such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty and the Vienna Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System.

Recalling the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System annexed to Economic and Social Council resolution 1997/30 of 21 July 1997, and the establishment and subsequent meetings of the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,
وإذ تشير إلى المبادئ التوجيهية للعمل المتعلق بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية، المرفقة بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 1997/30 المؤرخ 21 تموز/يوليه 1997، وإلى إنشاء فريق التنسيق المعني بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث وإلى اجتماعاته اللاحقة،

(i) The Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System (1997);

Recalling its resolution 1997/30 of 21 July 1997, in which it welcomed the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System, contained in the annex thereto, and invited the Secretary-General to consider establishing a coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,

(b) Ensure effective cooperation among the relevant United Nations entities and the other organizations mentioned in the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System (Economic and Social Council resolution 1997/30, annex).
(ب) ضمان التعاون الفعّال بين هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية وسائر المنظمات المذكورة في المبادئ التوجيهية للعمل المتعلق بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية (قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 1997/30، المرفق).

206- وتؤكد اللجنة من جديد على توصياتها السابقة (CRC/C/15/Add.21) وهي التالية: ينبغي للدولة الطرف إجراء مراجعة شاملة للتشريعات على ضوء الاتفاقية والمعايير الدولية مثل قواعد بيجين ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة لحماية الأحداث المحرومين من حريتهم، ومبادئ فيينا التوجيهية للعمل من أجل الأطفال في النظام القضائي الجنائي.

(c) Ensure that the system of juvenile justice fully integrates into its legislation and practice the provisions of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 40 and 39, as well as other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty, and the Vienna Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System;
(ج) كفالة أن يشمل بالكامل نظام قضاء الأحداث في تشريعاته وممارساته أحكام الاتفاقية، ولا سيما المواد 37 و40 و39، فضلاً عن المعايير الدولية الأخرى ذات الصلة في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بيجين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأحداث المجردين من حرياتهم، ومبادئ فيينا التوجيهية للعمل من أجل الأطفال في النظام القضائي الجنائي؛

(b) Ensure that its legislation and practice concerning juvenile justice fully reflect the provisions of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 40 and 39, as well as other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty, and the Vienna Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System;
(ب) ضمان احترام قضاء الأحداث وتشريعاته وممارساته لأحكام الاتفاقية احتراماً كاملاً، لا سيما المواد 37 و40 و39، وغيرها من المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بيجين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأحداث المحرومين من حريتهم، ومبادئ فيينا التوجيهية للعمل من أجل الأطفال في نظام القضاء الجنائي؛

(a) Ensure that the provisions of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, are fully integrated into the legislation and practice of the system of juvenile justice, along with other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty and the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System;
(أ) أن تكفل تضمين تشريع نظام قضاء الأحداث وعُرفه أحكامُ الاتفاقية بكاملها، لا سيما المواد 37 و39 و40 منها، مع غيرها من المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة في هذا المجال، كقواعد بيجين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة لحماية الأحداث المحرومين من حريتهم، والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات الخاصة بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية؛

(b) Ensure that the criminal justice system fully integrates into its legislation and practice the provisions of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, as well as other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty and the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System.
