As far as institutional mechanisms are concerned, mention may be made of the establishment in 2002 of the post of Assistant Minister responsible for the family and the condition of women, the establishment of a National Council for the Family and Women in 2006, and permanent incentives to the voluntary movement.
75- وفيما يتعلق بالآليات المؤسسية، تجدر الإشارة إلى استحداث منصب الوزيرة المنتدبة المكلفة بالأسرة وقضايا المرأة في عام 2002، والمجلس الوطني للأسرة والمرأة في عام 2006، فضلاً عن التشجيع المستمر للحركة الجمعوية.

(a) The creation of institutional mechanisms for the advancement of women, in particular the establishment of the National Council for the Family and Women by means of Executive Decree No. 06-421 of 22 November 2006, and its two internal committees, on women and on the family, which comprises about 50 representatives of various national institutions operating at both the national and local levels;
(أ) إنشاء آليات مؤسسية للنهوض بالمرأة، ومن ذلك بالأخص إنشاء المجلس الوطني للأسرة والمرأة بمقتضى المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 06-421 المؤرخ 22 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006، يتألف من لجنتين داخليتين بشأن المرأة وبشأن الأسرة، ويضم نحو 50 ممثلاً عن مختلف المؤسسات الوطنية العاملة على الصعيدين الوطني والمحلي؛

(b) Encouraging the Delegate Minister for the Family and the Status of Women, the National Council for the Family and Women and other relevant authorities to hold periodic meetings open to all women's rights organizations to discuss women's human rights challenges that could inform the formulation and implementation of national policies.
(ب) تشجيع الوزيرة المنتدبة المكلفة بالأسرة وقضايا المرأة والمجلس الوطني للأسرة والمرأة وغيرهما من السلطات المختصة على عقد اجتماعات دورية مفتوحة لجميع المنظمات المدافعة عن حقوق المرأة بهدف مناقشة التحديات المتصلة بحقوق الإنسان الخاصة بالمرأة والاسترشاد بتلك المناقشات في صياغة السياسات الوطنية وتنفيذها.
