وإن تحسن الاحتمالات المرتقبة للنمو، وجودة اﻷداء الاقتصادي، ووجود أطر سياسة مساعدة بفضل زيادة الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي، والتحول الى القطاع الخاص، والتحرير، ووجود مخططات تكامل إقليمية توسع من الفرص السوقية ومن مجال زيادة توسيع الاستثمار اﻷجنبي المباشر في الخدمات، تعتبر كلها عوامل هامة تساهم في إدامة تدفقات الاستثمار اﻷجنبي المباشر الى البلدان النامية.
