The COP, by its decision 2/CP.1 on the review of first communications from the Parties included in Annex I to the Convention, invited Parties to contribute to the review process by nominating experts to participate in review teams and to otherwise assist the secretariat (FCCC/CP/1995/7/Add.1).
فقد دعا مؤتمر الأطراف، بمقرره 2/م أ-1 بشأن استعراض البلاغات الأولى المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، الأطراف إلى الاسهام في عملية الاستعراض بتسمية خبراء لكي يشتركوا في أفرقة الاستعراض والى القيام، خلاف ذلك، بمساعدة الأمانة (FCCC/CP/1995/7/Add.1).

The executive board shall comprise ten members from Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, as follows: one member from each of the five United Nations regional groups, two other members from the Parties included in Annex I, two other members from the Parties not included in Annex I, and one representative of the small island developing States, taking into account the current practice in the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties.
