The Committee is concerned about the compatibility of the juvenile justice system in the State party with articles 37, 40 and 39 of the Convention and with other relevant standards such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
٨٤- واللجنة تجد مدعاة للقلق من حيث مدى تمشي قضاء اﻷحداث في الدولة الطرف مع المواد ٧٣ و٠٤ و٩٣ من الاتفاقية ومع المعايير اﻷخرى ذات الصلة مثل قواعد بيجين ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

The Committee is particularly worried at the lack of compatibility of the system of administration of juvenile justice with the provisions of the Convention, including articles 37, 39 and 40 thereof, and other relevant United Nations standards in this field, namely the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.

The Committee recommends that the State party undertake a comprehensive reform of the system of juvenile justice and that the Convention and other international standards in this field, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty, be seen as a guide in this revision.
٢١٩ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف باصلاح شامل لنظام ادارة شؤون قضاء اﻷحداث وأن يُسترشد في هذا التنقيح بالاتفاقية والمعايير الدولية اﻷخرى السارية في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بيجين ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن حماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

In the field of the administration of juvenile justice, the Committee recommends that legal reform be pursued and take fully into account the Convention on the Rights of the Child, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, and other relevant international standards in this field, such as the " Beijing Rules " , the " Riyadh Guidelines " and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.

The situation in relation to the juvenile justice system and the treatment of children deprived of their liberty is of concern to the Committee, particularly in the light of the principles and provisions of the Convention and other relevant standards such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
٣٠١- كما أن الوضع فيما يتعلق بنظام قضاء اﻷحداث ومعاملة اﻷطفال المحرومين من حريتهم يثير قلق اللجنة وبخاصة في ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية وغيرها من القواعد ذات الصلة مثل قواعد بيجين ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن حماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.
