1. The State of Qatar is committed to the implementation of the basic provisions and principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. These principles govern all aspects of life and are duly observed in the areas of health, education, social affairs, culture, etc. This approach is reflected in the legislation in force in the State.
1- تحرص دولة قطر على وضع الأحكام و المبادئ الأساسية التي جاءت بها اتفاقية حقوق الطفل موضع التنفيذ، حيث تسود تلك المبادئ جميع مناحي الحياة وتراعي في جميع المجالات الصحية والتعليمية والاجتماعية والثقافية وغيرها، وهو المنهج الذي تكشف عنه التشريعات السارية في الدولة.

3. The payment of allowances and the reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses to witnesses and experts by the requesting State Party shall be calculated from the place of their residence and shall be allocated to them at rates at least equal to those provided for by the tariffs and regulations in force in the State where the hearing shall be held.
3 - وتحتسب التعويضات المستحقة الدفع، إضافة إلى تكاليف السفر والإقامة التي يتعين أن تردّها الدولة الطرف الطالبة إلى الشاهد أو الخبير، انطلاقا من مكان إقامتهما، وتُمنح لهما على أساس معدلات تساوي على الأقل تلك المنصوص عليها بموجب الرسوم والأنظمة السارية في الدولة التي ستعقد فيها الجلسة.

24. The Committee is concerned that persons found to be suffering from mental disabilities under any law in force in the State party are disqualified from voting and registering to vote (arts. 25 and 26)
24- وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها من أن الأشخاص الذين تثبت معاناتهم من إعاقات عقلية وفق أي من القوانين السارية في الدولة الطرف يفقدون أهليتهم للتصويت والتسجيل للتصويت (المادتان 25 و26).
