Requests the Secretary-General to submit a consolidated report, through the Economic and Social Council, to the General Assembly at its resumed session, containing an analysis of the role of public administration in development and recommendations for strengthening the role of the United Nations in public administration and development for the benefit of interested developing countries and countries with economies in transition;
٧ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها المستأنفة، عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، تقريرا موحدا يتضمن تحليلا لدور الادارة العامة في التنمية وتوصيات تتعلق بتعزيز دور اﻷمم المتحدة في الادارة العامة والتنمية لصالح من يهمه اﻷمر من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تجتاز اقتصاداتها مرحلة انتقالية؛

91. Actions at the international level were to be implemented, at least in the immediate future, within the framework of the resources currently available for the United Nations programme in public administration and development management.

وينبغي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية تعزيز دوره كوديع مركزي للمواد والتقارير ووسائل تخزين المعلومات غير المطبوعة المتــعلقة باﻹدارة العامــة والتنمية في العالم بأسره، بما في ذلك القيام ببحوث نشطة عن أفضل الممارسات.

After studying the report (A/50/525) of the Group of Experts on Public Administration and Finance on its twelfth meeting and taking its recommendations into consideration, the Jordanian Government would like to express its full support for the conclusions and recommendations of the report and wishes to present its own priorities in public administration and development.
وانسجاما مع محتويات تقرير فريـــق الخبراء المعني باﻹدارة العامة والمالية العامة وما تضمنه من توصيات، وبعد تدارس اﻹطار العام لهذه التوصيات، تود الحكومة اﻷردنية أن تؤكد تأييدها الكامل لنتائج هذا التقرير كما ترغب في أن تستعرض أولوياتهــا في مجال اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية بشكل مقتضب على النحو التالي:

160. The United Nations, through the programme in public administration and development, can organize exchanges of professional experiences, arrange professional training programmes, and prepare case studies on policy matters for dissemination through its clearing-house function.
١٦٠ - تستطيع اﻷمم المتحدة عن طريق برنامجها في مجال اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية أن تنظم تبادل الخبرات الفنية، وتنظيم برامج التدريب الفنية وإعداد دراسات إفرادية عن مسائل السياسات لنشرها عن طريق أنشطة الجمع والتبادل.

13. Acknowledges that the role of United Nations activities and programmes in public administration and development is to assist Governments, at their request, to improve their responsiveness to meet the basic needs of all, as well as to the achievement of sustainable development in all countries.
١٣ - تسلم بأن دور أنشطة وبرامج اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية هو مساعدة الحكومات، بناء على طلبها، على تحسين قدرة استجابتها لتلبية الاحتياجات اﻷساسية للجميع، فضلا عن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في جميع البلدان.

13. Acknowledges that the role of United Nations activities and programmes in public administration and development is to assist Governments, at their request, to improve their responsiveness to meet the basic needs of all, as well as to achieve sustainable development in all countries; the United Nations should focus its activities in the following areas as recommended by the Group of Experts in Public Administration and Finance in its report:
١٣ - تسلم بأن دور أنشطة وبرامج اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال اﻹدارة العامة والتنمية هو مساعدة الحكومات، بناء على طلبها، على تحسين قدرة استجابتها لتلبية الاحتياجات اﻷساسية للجميع، فضلا عن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في جميع البلدان؛ وعلى اﻷمم المتحدة أن تركز أنشطتها على المجالات التالية، وفقا لما أوصى به فريق الخبراء المعني باﻹدارة العامة والمالية العامة في تقريره:

133. These common trends and challenges facing the community of nations in public administration and development are complex and resolutions are therefore neither straightforward nor easy to implement.
٣٣١ - وحيث أن هذه الاتجاهات والتحديات المشتركة التي تواجه مجتمع اﻷمم في مجال الادارة العامة والتنمية تتسم بالتشابك فإن الحلول ليست يسيرة ولا هي سهلة التنفيذ.
