15- تلاحظ اللجنة أن القانون يحظر الحصول على الاعترافات عن طريق الإغراء أو الإكراه، لكنها تشعر بالقلق لأن قانون الدولة الطرف الجنائي لا ينص حتى الآن على تعريف قانوني للتعذيب، كما يساورها قلق إزاء ادعاءات استخدام المحاكم في بعض القضايا اعترافاتٍ حُصل عليها بطريقة تشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 7 من العهد.
