I now request the Rapporteur of the Ad Hoc Committee of the Whole of the twenty-seventh special session, Ms. Lidija Topic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to introduce the report of the Ad Hoc Committee of the Whole.

They suggested that the President of Basic Court 1 in Skopje, Ms. Lidija Nedelkova, would be a valid contact on the issue since the three cases is question are being processed by this court, which in total has only four war crime cases.

8. At its 3rd meeting on 8 February, the Preparatory Committee designated Lidija Topic (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Vice-Chairman with rapporteurial responsibilities.

The Rapporteur of the Ad Hoc Committee of the Whole of the Twenty-seventh Special Session, Ms. Lidija Topic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), made a statement, in the course of which she introduced the report of the Ad Hoc Committee (A/S-27/19).
