125. The Committee reiterated its concern at the continued acts of maritime piracy in the Gulf of Guinea and strongly condemned the recent attacks against some of its States members, in particular against Cameroon.

72. The rise of maritime piracy in the Gulf of Guinea will require a concerted effort by countries and organizations of the region, with logistical, diplomatic, financial and technical support from the international community.
72 - وستتطلب زيادة القرصنة البحرية في خليج غينيا جهدا متضافرا من جانب بلدان ومنظمات المنطقة إلى جانب دعم لوجستي ودبلوماسي ومالي وتقني من المجتمع الدولي.

130. The Committee reiterated its concern at the continued acts of maritime piracy in the Gulf of Guinea and strongly condemned them. It welcomed the steps taken by ECCAS, ECOWAS and the United Nations to coordinate activities to counter these acts, in particular by holding an international conference on the issue in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
