ورداً على النداء العاجل الثاني وبالتالي على النداء العاجل الأول (المكرر في النداء العاجل الثاني) ردّت إيران موضحة أنه " عقب نقض المحكمة العليا للحكم الصادر على السيدين سيروس ذبيحي وهداية كاشفي بالإعدام، قامت محكمة مختصة أخرى في مشهد بمحاكمتهما من جديد مراعاة لأصول المحاكمة.
