146. There are two main aspects of the role of the mass information media with respect to publicizing human rights.

١٠٧- ووفقا للمادة ٤ من قانون وسائط الاعلام الجماهيري، فإنه مما يعد مخالفاً للقانون استخدام وسائط الاعلام الجماهيري لغرض الدعاية للحرب أو العنف أو الوحشية، أو لنعرات الحصرية أو العداوة أو عدم التسامح على أساس قومي أو عنصري أو طبقي أو اجتماعي أو ديني.

It is unlawful to use mass information media for the purpose of divulging a State secret or other secrets specially protected by law; violent overthrow or change of the existing constitutional system and the integrity of the State; propaganda for war, violence or cruelty; national, racial, class, social or religious exclusiveness, hostility or intolerance; the dissemination of pornography, or the commission of other criminal acts.
ولا يجوز قانونا استخدام وسائط الاعلام الجماهيري ﻷغراض إفشاء أسرار للدولة أو أية اسرار أخرى يشملها القانون بحماية خاصة، أو لﻹطاحة بالنظام الدستوري القائم أو تغييره بالعنف واﻹخلال بسلامة الدولة، أو الدعاية للحرب أو العنف أو الوحشية أو لنعرات التفوق أو العداوة أو عدم التسامح على أساس قومي أو عنصري أو طبقي أو اجتماعي أو ديني؛ ولنشر المواد اﻹباحية أو ارتكاب أفعال أخرى تقع تحت طائلة القانون الجنائي؛
