(ح) التخفيف والتكيف: يوصي المشاركون بالفهم الأفضل للطبيعة الشاملة لقطاعات متعددة، التي تتسم بها تكنولوجيات التخفيف والتكيف وإلى أي حد يمكن اعتبارها أنشطة تكميلية.
