The Secretary-General recalled at that time that the compensation has always been composed of two elements, described as " fee " and " subsistence payment " , and up to 1980 was calculated so that their sum was equivalent to 1/365th of the annual salary of a member of the Court.
وقد أشار الأمين العام وقتها إلى أن التعويض يتكون دائما من عنصرين هما " الأتعاب " و " بدل الإقامة " ، وكان حتى عام 1980 يُحسب بحيث يكون مجموعهما معادلا لنسبة 1/365 من المرتب السنوي لعضو المحكمة.
