92. In view of the responses from Member States and information provided by the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice, the Commission may wish, in the context of child justice reform, to consider the following actions:

Member States were urged to pay particular attention to the issue of child justice and to take into consideration applicable United Nations standards and norms for the treatment of children in conflict with the law, particularly those deprived of their liberty, taking into account, inter alia, the gender-specific needs of such children.
وحث القرار الدول الأعضاء على إيلاء مسألة قضاء الأطفال اهتماما خاصا، ومراعاة معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها السارية فيما يتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال المخالفين للقانون، وخاصة الأطفال المحرومين من حريتهم، مع مراعاة جملة أمور كالاحتياجات الخاصة بنوع الجنس لدى هؤلاء الأطفال.

Requests UNODC, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, to provide technical assistance to Member States, upon request, in order to strengthen national capacities and infrastructure in the area of child justice.

1- يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على إيلاء مسألة قضاء الأطفال اهتماما خاصا ومراعاة معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها السارية فيما يخص معاملة الأطفال المخالفين للقانون، وخاصة الأطفال المحرومين من حرّيتهم، وكذلك نوع جنس أولئك الأطفال وظروفهم الاجتماعية ومتطلبات نموهم؛

5. Since the Eleventh Congress the General Assembly has adopted resolution 62/158, entitled " Human rights in the administration of justice " , and the Economic and Social Council has adopted two resolutions in the area of child justice reform, resolutions 2007/23 and 2009/26.
11- ومنذ المؤتمر الحادي عشر، اعتمدت الجمعية العامة القرار 62/158 المعنون " حقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل " ، واعتمد المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي القرارين 2007/23 و2009/26 في مجال إصلاح قضاء الأطفال.

Ecuador also stressed the need to enhance cooperation among countries in the Latin-American region, with a view to exchanging good practices and developing joint tools in the area of child justice reform.
