Azerbaijan was included into the second group. The government of Azerbaijan reported 238 criminal facts including 80 cases of human trafficking, 4 cases of forced labour in 2013. 17 persons accused of human trafficking were brought to justice (14 women, 3 men), 56 victims (41 women, 15 men) of human trafficking were registered.
