The Mechanism for the Review of implementation of the Convention against Corruption entered the fourth year of its first cycle in 2013.

In particular, it may wish to reiterate its call upon States to make financial contributions in support of the Conferences, related technical assistance activities and the Mechanism for the Review of implementation of the Convention against Corruption.

In relation to the process of conducting the reviews of implementation of the Convention against Corruption, the following lessons were learned:

Most States expressed the opinion that the discussions on the possible mechanism to review the implementation of the Organized Crime Convention and its Protocols would be informed by the intergovernmental discussions of the review of implementation of the Convention against Corruption.

Nardi Suxo Iturry, Minister of Institutional Transparency and the Fight Against Corruption of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, referred to his country's participation in the pilot programme for the review of implementation of the Convention against Corruption, to identify gaps in the national legal system.
48- وأشارت السيدة ناردي سوسو إيتوري، وزيرة الشفافية المؤسسية ومكافحة الفساد في دولة بوليفيا المتعددة القوميات، إلى مشاركة بوليفيا في البرنامج التجريبي لاستعراض تنفيذ اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد من أجل تحديد الثغرات في النظام القانوني الوطني.

(d) Cooperation with existing review mechanisms. With respect to cooperation with regional and sectoral mechanisms, the Conference may wish to consider in particular how it foresees that the information available from existing review mechanisms will be taken into account for the review of implementation of the Convention against Corruption.
