XII. PARTICIPATION of non-members OF THE GOVERNING COUNCIL

The first is the provision of information by the Security Council to non-members, the second is a mechanism to permit the opinions of non-members to be reflected in the deliberations and decisions of the Council and the third concerns the need for better coordination between the Security Council and other organs of the United Nations, particularly the General Assembly.
