In collaboration with NGOs, it continued to reinforce Haitian facilities for the provision of medical, social and psychological assistance to victims of past human rights violations.
وواصلت بالتعاون مع المنظمات غير الحكومية تعزيز المرافق الهايتية لتقديم المساعدة الطبية والاجتماعية والنفسية إلى ضحايا الانتهاكات السابقة لحقوق اﻹنسان.

Weaknesses in the functioning of the judiciary and their effect on the prosecution of past human rights violations were highlighted during recent criminal assizes when several former members of the armed forces or their associates were acquitted following seriously flawed trials.
