The Committee recommends that regular periodic review of placement be instituted and that mechanisms be established to evaluate and monitor the conditions in these institutions.
كما توصي بإجراء استعراض منتظم ودوري لإيداع الأطفال في المؤسسات وبإنشاء آليات لتقييم ورصد الأوضاع في هذه المؤسسات.

The Committee also regrets the limited information and data on children placed in alternative care, particularly regarding an evaluation of the quality of care and the review of placement.
كما تأسف اللجنة لشح المعلومات والبيانات عن الأطفال المودعين مؤسسات الرعاية البديلة، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بتقييم نوعية الرعاية واستعراض أسباب إيداعهم فيها.

With reference to article 25 of the Convention, the Committee is also concerned that periodic review of placement is not systematically guaranteed, and that the Committee’s 1993 recommendations in this regard have not been fully implemented.

Furthermore, the Committee recommends proper resource allocation, functioning and monitoring of the care institutions, including those run by NGOs, and foster care as well as a periodic review of placement in conformity with article 25 of the Convention and the recommendations issued after the general day of discussion in 2005 on children without parental care.
