31. Even though the majority of the Subcommittee's reports are still confidential, the following recommendations from those that have been published are summarized below as they may be useful for other States in the area of prevention of torture:

31. Even though the majority of the Subcommittee's reports are still confidential, the following recommendations from those that have been published are summarized below as they may be useful for other States in the area of prevention of torture:
31 - ورغم أن غالبية تقارير اللجنة الفرعية لا تزال سرية، فقد لُخّصت أدناه التوصيات التالية الواردة في تقارير تم نشرها، ذلك لأنها قد تكون مفيدة للدول الأخرى في مجال منع التعذيب:

The Subcommittee is of the view that the proliferation of structures in charge of prevention of torture does not necessarily lead to greater results and, in the absence of coordination, may contribute to inefficient use of available resources and, to some extent, may weaken the NPM mandate.
وترى اللجنة الفرعية أنّ تكاثُر الهياكل المسؤولة عن منع التعذيب لا يؤدي بالضرورة إلى المزيد من النتائج وقد تسهم، متى غاب التنسيق، في عدم نجاعة استعمال الموارد المتاحة، وقد تضعف ولاية الآلية الوطنية إلى حد ما.
