The General Assembly, in paragraph 3 of its resolution 45/249 of 21 December 1990, decided that the compensation and other conditions of service of the full-time members of the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) and of the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ) should next be reviewed at the fiftieth session of the General Assembly.
