1. Article 19 of the Lebanese Penal Code provides as follows:

Article 1 of Act No. 318 defines what is meant by illicit proceeds from the commission of certain offences and what is considered to be money-laundering, including money derived from the terrorism offences stipulated in articles 314, 315 and 316 of the Lebanese Penal Code.
وقد عرف القانون 318 في مادته الأولى ما المقصود بالأموال غير المشروعة الناتجة عن ارتكاب بعض الجرائم، وما يعتبر تبيـيـضا للأموال، ومنها الأموال المتأتيـة من جرائم الإرهاب المنصوص عليها في المواد 314 و 315 و 316 من قانون العقوبات اللبناني.

Articles 314, 315 and 316 of the Lebanese Penal Code provide the penalties for those who commit acts of terrorism or establish groups for the purpose of carrying out such acts.
- نصَّت المواد 314 و 315 و 316 من قانون العقوبات اللبناني على معاقبة الذين يقومون بالأعمال الإرهابية والجمعيات التي تنشأ بهدف تنفيذ أعمال إرهابية.

28. A person who is responsible for striking and wounding which has not caused injury or has caused less than 10 days' incapacity is liable to a penalty under article 554 of the Lebanese Penal Code of up to six months' imprisonment or a fine of 10,000 to 50,000 Lebanese pounds or both.
٨٢- تعاقب المادة ٤٥٥ من قانون العقوبات اللبناني مرتكب فعل الضرب والجرح الذي لا يتسبب في اصابات أو الذي يتسبب في عجز يقل عن ٠١ أيام بعقوبة السجن لمدة قد تصل الى ستة أشهر أو بغرامة تتراوح بين ٠٠٠ ٠١ و٠٠٠ ٠٥ ليرة لبنانية، أو بالاثنتين معاً.

In regard to the amendment of article 315 of the Lebanese Penal Code, it was substituted pursuant to Act No. 553 of 20 October 2003 by the addition of a provision to the Code, namely that of article 316 bis, the text of which is as follows:

In accordance with the principle of comprehensive, automatic, personal and regional jurisdiction provided for in articles 15, 19, 20 and 23 of the Lebanese Penal Code, the provisions of the aforementioned Law apply to all persons in Lebanese territory and to Lebanese nationals wherever they have committed the offence.
وإن أحكام القانون المذكور أعلاه تطبق على جميع الأشخاص الموجودين على الأراضي اللبنانية وعلى المواطنين اللبنانيين أينما ارتكبوا الجرم تطبيقا لمبدأ الصلاحية الإقليميـــة، الشخصيـــة، الذاتيــــة والشاملة المنصوص عليها في المواد 15-19-20 و 23 من قانون العقوبات اللبناني.
