A comparison has been made between the approved institutional budget versus the annual cost of the proposed regional architecture post table (on the basis of the capacity required to meet the functions described in section III), including costs relating to relocation and repatriation as well as other costs that are incurred during the initial move to a new office;

According to UN-Women, since the entity has not recruited against approved positions impacted by the proposed regional architecture, it is projected that there are sufficient funds within the approved 2012-2013 institutional budget to cover the additional costs arising from the implementation of the proposed regional architecture beginning in the third quarter of 2012 (see UNW/2012/10, paras. 45 and 46 and annex VIII).
