6. The World Tourism Organization agrees to transmit its proposed budgets to the United Nations not later than when the said budgets are transmitted to its members so as to enable the General Assembly of the United Nations to examine them and make recommendations, in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 3, of the Charter of the United Nations.

36. In line with United Nations General Assembly resolutions A/57/278A of 20 December 2002 and A/59/264 of 23 December 2004, requesting the Secretary-General and the executive heads of the funds and programmes of the United Nations to examine governance structures, principles and accountability throughout the United Nations system, UNHCR continued to review its organizational design and structure.
36- واصلت المفوّضية استعراض شكلها وهيكلها التنظيميين وفقاً لقراري الجمعية العامة A/57/278A المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002 وA/59/264 المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004، اللذين تطلب فيهما إلى الأمين العام والرؤساء التنفيذيين للصناديق والبرامج التابعة للأمم المتحدة أن يدرسوا هياكل الإدارة ومبادئها والمساءلة بشأنها في منظومة الأمم المتحدة بكاملها.

15. It is with those considerations in mind that Malaysia continues to call for the convening of a high-level international conference under the auspices of the United Nations to examine the terrorism issue in all its forms and manifestations and to formulate a joint response to this global threat.
وانطلاقا من هذه الاعتبارات فإن ماليزيا ما زالت تنادي بعقد مؤتمر دولي رفيع المستوى تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة لبحث قضية الإرهاب في جميع أشكاله ومظاهره لاستنباط استجابة موحدة لهذا الخطر العالمي.
