2. The official communications and correspondence of the UNV shall be inviolable.

VI. THE PRESENT SITUATION of the UNV PROGRAMME IN GENEVA

1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be complementary to the provisions of the UNV Headquarters Agreement.
١- أحكام هذا الاتفاق مكملة ﻷحكام اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة.

Insofar as any provision of this Agreement and any provision of the UNV Headquarters Agreement relate to the same subject matter, each of these provisions shall be applicable and neither shall narrow the effect of the other.

3. Welcome in this regard the alignment of the UNV results framework, for reasons of clarity, simplification and harmonization, with the UNDP MYFF, while ensuring adaptability to the results frameworks of the United Nations departments, agencies, funds and programmes with which UNV partners;

6. The provisions of this Protocol shall be complementary to the provisions of the UNV Headquarters Agreement for all persons invited to participate in the official business of this Protocol.
