The Headquarters Agreement referred to in paragraph 2 of this article shall be independent of this Agreement. It shall, however, terminate:

ويحكم بأقصى العقوبات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة في حالة تكرار الجرائم المشار إليها، وكذلك في حالة عودة الأجنبي إلى السلطنة بصورة غير مشروعة بعد إخراجه منها.

Perpetrators of the offence referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be sentenced to two to four years' imprisonment.
ويعاقب بالحبس من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات مرتكب الجريمة المشار إليها في البند الأول من هذه المادة.

Perpetrators of the offence referred to in paragraph 2 of this article shall be sentenced to a find of 50 to 1,000 quetzales.
ويعاقب بدفع غرامة تتراوح بين 500 و 000 1 كتزال مرتكب الجريمة المشار إليها في البند 2 من هذه المادة.

The types of work falling within the scope of the first paragraph of this article shall be fixed by decree.
ويجري تحديد قائمة اﻷعمال المقصودة في الفقرة اﻷولى من هذه المادة بمرسوم.

2. All members of the chambers referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be chosen by lot.
٢ - يتم اختيار أعضاء جميع الدوائر المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة بطريق القرعة.

The obligation to cooperate provided for in paragraph 1 of this article shall be discharged in accordance with the conditions set out in this Statute.
يُنفذ الالتزام بالتعاون المنصوص عليه في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة وفقا للشروط التي يحددها هذا النظام اﻷساسي.

The request referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be accompanied by the following information:

(a) Fifty or more workers employed by one or more enterprises in the trades specified in the ordinance referred to in paragraph (b) of this article shall be entitled to establish a trade union committee;

Any votes above this figure arising from the calculations in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this article shall be redistributed among the other Members on the basis of those paragraphs.
وما فاق هذا العدد من الأصوات نتيجة لعمليات الحساب الواردة في الفقرات 2 و3 و4 من هذه المادة يُعاد توزيعه على بقية الأعضاء على أساس تلك الفقرات.

Any votes above this figure arising from the calculations in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this article shall be redistributed among the other Members on the basis of those paragraphs.
وما فاق هذا الرقم من الأصوات نتيجة لعمليات الحساب الواردة في الفقرات 2 و3 و4 من هذه المادة يعاد توزيعه على بقية الأعضاء على أساس تلك الفقرات.

The quorum for meetings subsequent to the opening meeting of any session pursuant to paragraph 1 of this article shall be that prescribed in paragraph 2 of this article.
3- يكون النصاب القانوني للجلسات اللاحقة للجلسة الافتتاحية في أية دورة عملا بالفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، هو النصاب المحدد في الفقرة 2 من هذه المادة.

5. All the proceedings of the Committee referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 of this article shall be confidential.

Art. 22.8: Such declarations [under paragraph 1 of this article] shall be deposited by the States Parties with the Secretary-General of the United Nations ...

Any votes over this figure arising from the calculations in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this article shall be redistributed among other members of the relevant membership category on the same basis of computation as provided for under those paragraphs.
