1- إذا أريد شغل منصب انتخابي واحد ولم يحصل أي مرشح على الأغلبية المطلوبة في الاقتراع الأول، يُجرى اقتراعٌ ثانٍ يقتصر على المرشَّحَيْنِ اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
