ولمحكمة اﻷحداث أن تقرر استبدال الولي أو أن تغير الاجراء المتخذ من قبلها أو أن تعدل فيه أو تلغيه إذا كان ذلك يحقق مصلحة المجتمع أو الصغير أو الحدث المادة ٧٣ من قانون رعاية اﻷحداث.

The said Act calls for the early detection of juveniles who are prone to delinquency in order to rectify their behaviour before they become delinquent and to determine the guardian's responsibility in respect of any dereliction of his duties towards the youngster, child or juvenile or towards society as a whole.

12. Under article 32, paragraph 2, of the above-mentioned Act, guardianship of a youngster or a juvenile may be revoked, for a period left to the discretion of the court, if the guardian is convicted of assaulting the youngster or juvenile by wounding, severely beating or deliberately harming him.
٢١- نصت المادة ٢٣ الفقرة ٢ من القانون أعلاه على سلب الولاية على الصغير أو الحدث لمدة تقدرها المحكمة إذا حكم على الولي بجريمة الاعتداء على الصغير أو الحدث بالجرح أو الضرب المبرح أو اﻹيذاء المتعمد.

(a) To hand over the youngster or juvenile to the custody of another guardian in the absence of a relative;
(1) تسليم الصغير أو الحدث إلى ولي آخر وفي حالة عدم وجوده إلى قريب له؛

(b) To place the youngster or juvenile in a State hostel or a social welfare institution established for such purpose;

خامساً- يعد ولياً، الأب والأم أو أي شخص ضم إليه صغير أو حدث أو عهد إليه بتربية احدهما بقرار من المحكمة.

In cases where the law requires or a court demands the appointment of an attorney for an accused or juvenile for whom a defence attorney has not been chosen; in such cases, H.E. the Minister of Justice shall issue a decision.

١١- يعالج قانون رعاية اﻷحداث لسنة ٣٨٩١ في مادتيه ٩٢ و٠٣ مسؤولية اﻷولياء تجاه أبنائهم وينص على عقوبات لكل ولي طفل دفع أو أهمل رعاية الصغير أو الحدث إهمالاً أدى به إلى التشرد أو انحراف في سلوكه أو نجم عن هذا اﻹهمال ارتكاب جنحة أو جناية عمدية.
