5. Calls upon Member States to see to it that their universities receive delegations of trainees and academics from the Palestinian universities in order to offer them work.

7. Recommends to provide all kinds of financial and academic assistance and support to the Palestinian universities in implementation of the RESOLUTIONS of successive Islamic Conferences, and to work for the establishment of a Centre of higher studies in the occupied Palestinian territories.
7 - يوصي بتقديم كافة أشكال الدعم والمساندة المالية والأكاديمية للجامعات الفلسطينية تنفيذا لقرارات المؤتمرات الإسلامية المتعاقبة والعمل على إنشاء مركز للدراسات العليا في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.

Recommends also to extend every kind of financial and academic support and assistance to Palestinian universities so that they may be able to play their national and educational role, and support in particular the Open University of Al-Quds in view of its importance of supporting the steadfastness of its people and preserving the Arab and Islamic heritage of the Holy City.
