2. Decides also that the head of the interim secretariat, under the authority of the Secretary-General, shall have the possibility of using the Trust Fund, as appropriate, to support the participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations in the work of the first session of the Conference of the Parties.
٢ - تقرر أيضا أن تخول لرئيس اﻷمانة المؤقتة، تحت سلطة اﻷمين العام، إمكانية استخدام الصندوق الاستئماني، حسب الاقتضاء، لكي يدعم مشاركة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية في أعمال الدورة اﻷولى لمؤتمر اﻷطراف.

(a) support to the participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations in sessions of the Conference of the Parties;

Furthermore, the draft resolution decides that the interim secretariat, which administers the Trust Fund established pursuant to General Assembly resolution 47/188, shall have the responsibility of using the Fund to support the participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations in the first conference of parties, in October 1997.

DESA had been responsible for managing the Voluntary Fund on Disability designed to facilitate the participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations at the Ad Hoc Committee's sessions and had provided them with an information note in English, French and Spanish on the procedures for accreditation, registration, funding and participation.
51 - وأضاف قائلا إن إدارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كانت المسؤولة عن إدارة صندوق التبرعات المعني بالإعاقة الذي صُمم لتيسير مشاركة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية في دورات اللجنة المخصصة وتزويدهم بمذكرة معلومات باللغات الانكليزية والفرنسية والاسبانية عن إجراءات التصديق والتسجيل والتمويل والمشاركة.

(a) Support the participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations from affected developing country Parties, particularly the least developed among them, in sessions of the COP and its subsidiary bodies, as well as their participation in regional conferences or meetings of the Convention;

Calls upon all countries, in particular developed countries, non-governmental organizations and the private sector to contribute generously to the Trust Fund and the Special Voluntary Fund established under the financial rules in order to facilitate activities under the Convention and the participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations of developing countries in the sessions of the Conference of the Parties;

Invites the High Commissioner to seek voluntary contributions to facilitate the effective participation of representatives of non-governmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities, in particular those from developing countries, in minority-related activities organized by the United Nations, particularly its human rights bodies, and in doing so to give particular attention to ensuring the participation of young people and women;
15 - تدعو المفوضة السامية إلى التماس التبرعات من أجل تيسير مشاركة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية وأفراد من الأقليات، ولا سيما من البلدان النامية، مشاركة فعالة في الأنشطة المتعلقة بالأقليات التي تنظمها الأمم المتحدة، وبخاصة هيئاتها المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، وأن تولي أثناء ذلك اهتمام خاصا لكفالة مشاركة الشباب والنساء في تلك الأنشطة؛
